It only took twelve extra days to get the van ready for camping. The photo above shows the storage under the bed. Most all the boxes are full, except for the smaller ones….hopefully they will be filled with fly tying materials. I’ll start out with the healthy food in storage, and then probably fall back on fast food. Thankfully, there will not be much fast food in the wilds of British Columbia and Alaska.
The shelves are full, except for the smaller containers waiting to be loaded up with fly tying materials. A place for everything and everything in place. But, time to make a map for everything so I can find things without opening up 20 boxes.
And even more boxes near the front of the van. The floor space between the bed and the shelves store two 5-gallon military grade water cans, with a hose to fill them up and an electric pump to dispense into a Brita filter.
Under the bed is a 50 Liter sack filled with a tent, sleeping pad, and everything need to camp in a tent if needed.
I figure two to three days to get all my clothes packed. They will be stored in stuff sacks hanging over the edge of the bed. Pictures coming.
